ODENSE, DENMARK – March 12, 2008 - Sykes Enterprises, Incorporated ("SYKES" or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: SYKE), a global leader in providing outsourced customer contact management solutions and services in the business process outsourcing (BPO) arena, today announced it has expanded its global footprint with a new contact center in Odense, Denmark. The expansion is part of SYKES’ on-going business strategy to address its clients’ needs with a solution that leverages SYKES’ global footprint that now spans 19 countries while simultaneously expanding the number of markets the Company serves to 16. The new center will be supporting various clients, including a global technology original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is expected to bring more than 120 jobs to the local community that will help better serve the needs of the Danish-speaking market. SYKES will commemorate the opening of the new center with ceremonies on Wednesday, March 19, 2008.
